Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and maintain knowledge articles for internal and external usePerform gap analyses to identify knowledge needs and implement enhancementsMonitor and evaluate the knowledge sharing program to ensure quality and quantity of knowledgeRequired Qualifications and ExperienceHigh School Diploma or equivalent2-3 years of prior experience with documentation and / or training, preferably in an outsourcing environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and SharePointWorking knowledge of BPaaS and / or Workday service delivery is preferredExperience with Salesforce is a plus
