Position Summary :
Individual contributor position responsible for providing support to Distribution Center (DC) Operations and related business units.
Works closely with DC operational departments in understanding information / data requirements to support process improvements and drive efficiencies.
Proficient in data extraction and report writing in a DBMS environment. May analyze, identify and make recommendations on procedures and data processing.
Partner with IT team in system architecture, data management, interface development, troubleshooting, testing and diagnostics.

Hours typically 5 8’s or 4 10’s must be able to work onsite on Wednesdays for team meetings / collaboration. 8am to 5pm or equivalent.
2 days in office and can work from home 2-3 other days
Job Responsibilities :
- Analyze and approve user project proposals to include identifying potential problem areas and recommend optimum approaches for project path
- Identify and evaluate present or proposed business procedures and issues to define data processing needs
- Serve as SME for team on projects from small to mid-size scope both DC Operations focused and cross-functional
- Oversee preparation of detailed flow charts and diagrams outlining systems capabilities and processes and present to leadership as needed
- Oversee preparation of detailed presentations for existing or new business partners
- Create, develop, and maintain databases and SQL servers to enhance productivity and research
- Ensure campus project plans are maintained and updated
- Manage testing scenarios as required by cross-functional partners on an as needed basis
- Maintain multiple remote servers and tasking that runs on them
- Manage multiple SQL Server
Minimum Salary : $73,000.00
Maximum Salary : $98,280.00
VS&Co provides an estimated range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual compensation will be determined by a number of relevant factors, including but not limited to your specific skills, experience, & geographic location.
Qualifications
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or Supply Chain or equivalent experience
- 2 -4 years’ experience in systems information architecture
- 1 2 years’ experience supervising associates
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel and Access
- Proficient in VBA and SQL programming language
- Experience with Web Development a plus
- Experience in a high-volume distribution center environment
- Experience with a WMS, Micro-strategy reporting system
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with all levels of the organization
