Position Summary

We are seeking a new colleague within Meritain's Local Market Development Project & Program Management Team. This position is a key driver of additional growth opportunities as we partner with Sales, Underwriting, and Commercial business partners in responding to proposal requests.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of RFP and / or RFI responses for complex proposals, questionnaires and surveys.

The position requires a hands-on approach to resolving proposal issues through project management, research and data gathering.

The position requires a high degree of attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment.

This role sits within a team of professionals with a proven ability to meet aggressive turnaround times and manage multiple projects.

• Develop customer-focused, strategically positioned proposal responses for the Alternative Health and / or Navigation Space
• Interpreting and understanding the needs of the customer
• Utilizing the proposal database and workflows to respond to questionnaires or ad hoc proposal requests
• Project management accountability ensuring the quality and timeliness of publishes responses
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with our field organization and subject matter experts
• Applying the principles of grammar, mechanics and spelling in written work

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years General understanding or experience with the healthcare industry / health insurance
• 3-5 years of experience with writing and managing proposals or project management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (e.g.; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Proficient with Salesforce
• Must be organized and efficient, detail-oriented and able to multi-task
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate across the business

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Loopio or other procurement tools

Education

Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is :

$43,700.00 - $102,000.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.

The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
