Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and roadmap for creative experiences in TikTok Ads Manager, scaling creative supply and improving creative effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and business teams to build end-to-end ad creation workflows that balance platform consistency with vertical-specific needs.
• Abstract diverse advertiser requirements into clear product goals, ensuring scalability and operational efficiency.
• Use data, user feedback, and market insights to prioritize features and guide product iterations.
• Define and track key metrics such as creation volume, success rate, and engagement lift, driving measurable improvements in creative outcomes.
• Partner with internal platform and infra teams to ensure product foundations are extensible and future-proof.

Job Information

Compensation : Base salary range $165,120 – $414,000 annually.

Benefits : Medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) savings plan with company match; paid parental leave; short‑term and long‑term disability coverage; life insurance; wellbeing benefits; 10 paid holidays per year; 10 paid sick days per year; 17 days of paid personal time.
