Remodeling Project Manager
Venture Builders is a local, family-oriented remodeling company that has been in the Valley since 1989. We provide contracting services in the local Shenandoah Valley and Harrisonburg, VA area.
Venture Builders Inc. is seeking a self-motivated, experienced Remodeling Project Manager.
Project Manager responsibilities :
- Making completion deadlines
- Working in the field as needed hands on
- Ordering materials
- Scheduling subcontractors
- Keeping up with change orders.
- Ensuring timelines and quality of work are up to the standards of our company and what our clients demand.
- Keeping technicians and subcontractors on track and productive.
Project Manager Requirements :
- 3 to 5 years of experience in all phases of construction.
- Must have good management and people skills.
- Must be able to communicate well and be well organized.
- Must be clean cut and dependable.
- Clean driving record
Project Manager Compensation :
- $25-30 / hour (Depending on experience)
