job summary : Responsibilities :

- Diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs on company fleet vehicles and mechanical equipment.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks, to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair diesel engines and other large equipment components.
- Perform quality checks on all repaired equipment to verify functionality and safety.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs using computer-based systems.
- Manage the service order process, including documenting repairs and maintaining service history.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for parts and equipment procurement.
- Train and mentor junior mechanics or service technicians as needed.
