IT Help Desk Specialist

Responsibilities
- Respond to tech inquiries via email, through online chats, over the phone, or in person
- Provides technical support to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and providing a solution in a timely manner
- Walk customers step-by-step through the problem-solving process
- Help with troubleshooting hardware and software
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory service
- Improves system performance by identifying problems and recommending changes
- Improves client references by writing and maintaining documentation

- Comprehensive knowledge of computer systems and experience troubleshooting hardware and software
