We are seeking a seasoned and technically proficient Salesforce Administrator to manage, optimize, and scale our client's Salesforce platform.
The ideal candidate will have a background in the data centers industry and a deep understanding of advanced Salesforce best practices, customization, and data management.

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the management and maintenance of the Salesforce platform, ensuring data integrity and optimal system performance.
- Design and implement complex Salesforce customizations to meet the specific needs of the data centers industry.
- Develop and manage advanced workflows, validation rules, and custom solutions.
- Oversee data imports, data cleansing, and data migration tasks with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Create and maintain sophisticated reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business operations and decision-making.
- Provide expert-level user support and training to ensure effective and efficient use of Salesforce.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement innovative Salesforce solutions.
- Stay current with Salesforce updates, best practices, and industry trends to ensure the platform's continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Proven experience in the data centers industry.
- Salesforce Administrator certification required; Advanced Administrator certification preferred.
- Strong technical skills in Salesforce customization, data management, and reporting.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce development tools (Apex, Visualforce).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and lead projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning.
- Knowledge of data center operations and technology.
- Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder).
- Familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce development tools.
