Overview
We are seeking a full-time Legal Assistant to support our Land Use and Zoning practice. This role is fully on-site and involves providing administrative and legal support to attorneys handling permitting, development, and zoning matters.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and edit legal documents, correspondence, and filings
- Assist with permit and zoning applications and related submissions
- Conduct research on municipal codes, land use regulations, and zoning ordinances
- Maintain case files, calendars, and deadlines
- Coordinate with clients, municipalities, and regulatory agencies
- Schedule meetings, hearings, and public appearances
- Provide general administrative support to attorneys
