Responsibilities
- Manage hotelreservations handling inquiries making bookings and confirming roomavailability.
- Interact with guestsvia phone email and inperson addressing reservation inquirieschanges.
- Assist guests duringcheckin and checkout ensuring a seamless process and attending tospecial requests orconcerns.
- Collectpayment information process reservations and issue invoices orreceipts asnecessary.
