Order Management Specialist
- Process and manage all shipping and purchase orders
- Ensure all orders are accurate and delivered on time
- Maintain records of all orders and transactions
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations of the business
- Monitor, track and push through all R&D Sample Shipments from start to finish
- Support R&D operations using SAP
Qualifications :
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and data entry
- Knowledge of logistics, shipping and receiving procedures
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Experience with SAP and other support software
- Capable of working independently and as a team member
