We are seeking a talented and passionate Project Architect to join our team and work on various building projects. The ideal candidate wanted to work together with other impassioned and dedicated people to create long-lasting architectural solutions.
As a Project Architect, you will need to have the skills and knowledge necessary to create a successful project for our clients.
Project Architect Qualifications and Experience Needed :
- Must be a registered Architect in the state of Nevada or have NCARB reciprocity to obtain your Nevada license
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Architectural Project Manager
- Accredited degree in Architecture
- Highly proficient in REVIT and other architectural software
Project Architect Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide leadership and oversight for architectural projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Direct and coordinate project teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication
- Lead and mentor a team of support staff. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture
- Work with Principal to follow the design direction for projects, ensuring designs align with client expectations, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices
- Offer great client service to guarantee client satisfaction
- Bring a high level of technical expertise to the team
- Effectively allocate resources to optimize project efficiency
