Our client is a leading global investment bank that provides strategic advice to help achieve their client’s goals. The role will be part of the Human Resources department.
Responsibilities :
- Provide metrics, reporting, and advanced and predictive analytics across all Corporate Services work streams globally
- Regularly extracts and analyzes multiple data inputs to determines gaps, risks, and savings opportunities
- Develops business cases and audit controls for improvements
- Supports the team to identify business trends and uses analysis to help inform and influence changes to policies and / or processes
- Collaborates with subject matter experts across Corporate Services to promote data governance and improve operational performance and insight
- Liaise with different departments to ensure the financial impact of initiatives, strategies and policies are accurately and effectively accounted for
- Uses analytical skills across a broad set of data to create and provide weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports to all levels of leadership as needed
Requirements :
- Minimum of 2 years applicable analysis and reporting experience
- Advanced technical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated ability to think critically; develop recommendations and action plans
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and feels comfortable interacting with all levels of staff
- Self-motivated, strong team player who can thrive in a challenging, fast-paced environment
Salary Range : $65,000 $75,000
