To keep up with our rapid growth, weve created an 11-month training program specifically for recent graduates (within the last 5 years).
This program is designed to help you transition from academics to a full-time career, offering hands-on experience in areas like logistics, sales, operations management, and more.
Throughout the program, youll work alongside industry experts, gain a comprehensive understanding of various roles, and, at the end of the program, present your career vision to our leadership team.
This final project will highlight your strengths, industry insights, and your roadmap for success at Cregger Company. Afterward, youll move into a role that plays to your skills and career aspirations.

This position is a full-time, Monday thru Friday, salaried role with a guaranteed end of program bonus. All full-time positions at Cregger Company are accompanied by the below comprehensive benefits :

- Must be a college graduate and able to garnish transcripts
- Minimum 2.5 GPA
- Has had some work experience or previous leadership experience
