DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS OVERVIEW :
Elevate Creative is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Operations to join our team. The Director of Operations will play a crucial role in optimizing efficiency, streamlining processes, and ensuring effective day-to-day operations of the organization.
The ideal candidate will have senior management experience in a dynamic setting. The role requires organizational, communication, and leadership skills and an ability to develop innovative solutions that drive greater efficiency and effectiveness.
The Director of Operations will work closely with the Chief Creative Officer and VPs of Creative to strategize and develop long-term plans that usher in new levels of success for the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES : Operational Leadership :
- Provide strategic leadership in the development and execution of operational systems, procedures, and initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Creative leadership to align operations with overall business objectives.
Process Optimization :
- Identify areas for improvement in workflows and operational efficiency.
- Implement best practices to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
Legal and Compliance :
Support the legal counsel in legal and compliance matters, such as contracts, intellectual property, and industry regulations.
Human Resources :
Support the HR department in staff management, hiring, termination, and disciplinary actions.
Financial Management :
- This involves budgeting, financial planning, and managing the agency's financial resources. The Director of Operations must ensure that the agency is profitable and financially stable.
- Work with the Project Managers in the development of financial and budgetary plans.
Resource Allocation :
- Develop and manage office operating budgets and forecast projections, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Monitor and analyze financial and operational performance metrics.
Compliance and Risk Management :
- Monitor and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks to safeguard the organization's interests.
QUALIFICATIONS :

A. Education and / or Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Operations Management, Accounting or a related field.
Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a senior operations role within a creative agency or a similar industry.
- Experience in developing budgets and business plans.
- Ten or more years in a senior leadership role in a field related to our industry.
B. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities :
- Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics, using business management software.
- Masterful organizational, communication, and leadership skills, backed by previous professional success.
- Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, production, and employee management.
- Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Ability to streamline or implement structures and roles that boost speed and efficiency while supporting rapidly shifting business demands.
POSITION AND BENEFITS DETAILS :
- Full Time, Exempt
- $150,000-$200,000
