What You’ll Do :

Wave Your Wand : Fix cosmetic damages like curb rash, peeling, scrapes, gouges, oxidation, and bent wheels using the latest tools and techniques.

Restore Wheels : Remove wheels, repair them in your mobile truck, and place them back on the vehicle.

Detail Work : Paint surfaces, inspect wheels, prep and buff defects, mix colors, and finish.

What You Need :

Auto Painting Experience : Preferred but not required.

Vision Abilities : Close, distance, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.

Grit : Work outside in all kinds of weather.

Organizational Skills : Strong communication and organizational skills to interact with customers.

Manual Dexterity : Perform repetitive-motion tasks with precision.

Work Ethic : Self-motivation and independence.

Physical Stamina : Kneel, bend, squat, climb, and lift up to 45 pounds.

Valid Driver’s License : A good driving record is a must.

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.

The starting compensation is expected to be :

$50,000.00 - $60,000.00

We offer a competitive & comprehensive benefit package including : paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and 401k match (50% on the dollar up to 7% of employee contribution).
