About the Role :
Dollar Tree is seeking a dedicated CDL-A Driver to join our team in West Memphis, AR. This full-time position is ideal for drivers who are passionate about an active driving experience and prefer a predictable home schedule.
As a CDL-A Driver for Dollar Tree, you will be responsible for delivering customer freight efficiently and safely, ensuring that our high standards of service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operate a CDL-A truck to deliver freight from West Memphis, AR to various locations across TX, OK, TN, AR, LA, and MS.
- Unload a full truck load using roto-carts and lift gates.
- Conduct an average of three deliveries per week, with three stops per load.
- Cover an estimated 1500 miles weekly.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of freight while adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
Schedule and Home Time :
Home weekly with a 34-hour reset.
Compensation :
- Competitive mileage pay and stop pay.
- Weekly average earnings between $1350 - $1500.
Equipment :
- Drive sleeper trucks equipped with automatic transmissions.
- Pull 53' dry trailers.
Qualifications :
- Valid CDL-A license.
- Minimum of 3 months of driving experience.
- Ability to handle and unload freight using roto-carts and lift gates.
- Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
