Position Summary :

To further innovate and enable our critical role, we have initiatives in development focused on creating better health outcomes for more people. The Executive Director of Pharmacy Marketing is responsible for leading the Marketing strategy, planning and execution of programs and activities to enable the success of several of these high-growth business initiatives, which together represent several billion dollars of corporate revenue.

Key Responsibilities :

1) Develop and execute the marketing vision, strategy, and plan for key initiatives :

• Articulate, champion, and develop Purpose-led Marketing strategies and plans to drive measurable growth and inspires desire for our brand and services.
• Develop a deep understanding of the initiatives and strategy driven by the various retail pharmacy groups.
• Support the pharmacy teams in creating marketing strategies, plans, messaging and communication proof points against pharmacy products and services to build customer "stories" that solve customer issues and create differentiation for the CVS Health brand.
• Closely monitor results and adjust the plan accordingly.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is :

$131,500.00 - $303,195.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
