Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring the highest level of service and guest satisfaction.
• Manage and lead the front-of-house team, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to uphold culinary standards and seamless service.
• Monitor inventory, control costs, and implement strategies to maximize profitability.

Qualifications

Experience in high-volume, upscale casual dining or an equivalent service environment preferred Experience in a leadership roleA great attitude and work ethicHigh energy and stamina.

Able to work within a fast-paced, highly mobile environment Able to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day preferred Able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
