Position Information Job Summary The position will support Occupational Programs and Economic Development office staff. Duties include greeting visitors, ordering books and supplies, answering phones, processing faculty evaluations, collecting background checks, and other duties as assigned.
Job Duties Required Qualifications 1. Experience working in an office setting.
2. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Detail oriented.
5. Ability to work independently
6. Conscientious and reliable Preferred Qualifications 1. Associate degree in related area.
2. Coursework in business or information technology.
3. Marketing experience.
