Amultidiscipline engineering firm with over 50 years in business islooking for a Senior Water / WastewaterEngineer for their Twin City office! Thisis a hybrid position that includes in office work three days a weekand remote work two days per week.
Responsibilities :
- Serveas lead design engineer for a variety of multidisciplined complexpublic / private water and wastewaterprojects
- Coach / mentorjuniorstaff
- Projectmanager duties including evaluating scope / scheduling requirementscoordinate planning strategies and provide quality assurance andqualitycontrol
- Developa strategic market developmentplan
- Build / maintainclientrelationships
- Lookfor business developmentopportunities
- Activelyparticipate in professionalassociations
- Representcompany at tradeshows / conferences
Requirements :
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Chemical or EnvironmentalEngineering
- Advanceddegreepreferred
- 8years of progressive technical designexperience
- 4years of experience managing public / private water and / or wastewatertreatment infrastructure and facilityprojects
- PELicense
- Businessdevelopmentexperience
- Experiencedeveloping detailed plans / specifications forconstruction
- Previousclient and project managementexperience
- Experiencementoring / training team of engineeringprofessionals
- Ability totravel approximately 15% of the time for meetings / sitevisits
- Workingknowledge of ArcMap SWWM AFT FathomSewerCAD HydroCAD WaterCAD and / or Revitpreferred
- Experienceleading / managing multidiscipline design projects with engineeringfees in excess of $1.0million
Salary iscommensurate withexperience.
