As a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Hawaii Family Dental, you will play a significant role in supporting and providing excellent customer service to all employees across the organization.
You will be responsible for a wide range of HR processes, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee engagement.
Your Contributions :
- Process payroll for employees with different pay types (hourly, salary, contract, commission-based).
- Perform benefits administration including employee eligibility and change reporting.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, records, and documentation with integrity and confidentiality.
- Coordinate and support new hire orientation and onboarding.
- Support employee engagement communication and activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Your Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in HR or business, or work equivalent.
- At least 3 years or more experience in Human Resources and payroll processing.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn Paycom HR & Payroll Software.
