Position Overview : Join our award-winning team, dedicated to stress-free remodeling for clients and design partners. With over 20 years in high-end whole-home remodels and additions, we also handle smaller projects to build lasting relationships.

Compensation :

• $120k-150k annual salary, with performance-based future compensation
• Benefits : healthcare (75% employer-paid), paid vacation (with tenure), sick leave, 401k with 4% match (with tenure), profit sharing, company vehicle, fuel card, toll pass, and flexible PTO.

Responsibilities :

• Manage multiple high-end residential remodels in San Francisco and southern Marin County
• Utilize JobTread for project specifications, change orders, schedules, and budgets
• Be an integral part of our leadership team as we continue to evaluate and improve our company's processes, policies, and philosophy
• Be a key player in our implementation of EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System)
• Assist in the development and writing of SOPs and company manuals
• Some estimating work
• Assist with projects in the pre-construction process
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Oversee the construction process from pre-development to post-construction
• Assist with budgeting, document compilation, and reporting
• Identify and issue Change Orders
• Resolve production problems and inefficiencies
• Support production staff and ensure timely material orders
• Verify subcontractor documentation

• Forward-thinking and accountable with excellent communication skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working onsite and in our San Francisco office
• Able to stand or walk for extended periods

Qualifications :

• Experienced in the management of high-end residential remodeling projects in and around San Francisco. We don't consider experience with commercial work or public works projects as applicable to this position.
• Intimate familiarity with the proper execution of all facets of residential construction and remodeling
• Can read architectural and structural plans and understand notations
• Fluency in English vocabulary, grammar, punctuation, and syntax
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word, Google Drive, Windows
• High-school diploma minimum / College degree a plus
• Spanish-language proficiency is a plus
• Clean DMV and criminal record
• Have a smartphone with a data plan
• Ability to pass drug tests
• Legal resident of the U. S. A.
