Fenway Property Advisors is excited to welcome a new full-time support member to our growing team in the vibrant Fenway neighborhood of Boston! We’re looking for a friendly and energetic individual who thrives on organization and enjoys supporting others.
In this role, you will play a key part in assisting our property managers and real estate agents with a variety of tasks.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of administrative or office experience and possess a strong ability to complete tasks reliably and efficiently.
An associate degree or similar qualification is preferred. This will be an on-site position. Candidates must be able to reliably report to our office in Boston on a daily basis.

Responsibilities :
- Maintaining organized and up-to-date records within our property management software.
- Processing work orders for our maintenance staff and providing timely updates to owners and vendors.
- Receiving and prioritizing maintenance requests from tenants and keeping them informed.
- Managing incoming calls to the office with professionalism and care.
- Assisting the principal broker and real estate agents with sales and leasing paperwork.
- Communicating effectively with vendors.
- Supporting client networking events.
- Ordering marketing materials and tracking expense documents.
- Contributing to our social media initiatives.
Qualifications :
- History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized.
- High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred.
- Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues.
- Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills.
- Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus.
Compensation :
$49,000 - $55,000 yearly
