The Bug Company, a leader in the insect production industry, is excited to announce a job opening for a Production Associate.
This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in a dynamic and growing field.
Located at our production facility, this role is onsite and does not support remote work arrangements. As a Production Associate at The Bug Company, you will be at the heart of our operations, directly contributing to the production of high-quality insect products.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Assist in the daily production of insect products.
- Follow procedures to ensure the quality and consistency of products.
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to safety and quality.
Requirements :
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to count to 100.
- Ability to speak and understand English.
Production Schedule
Sunday - Thursday 7 : 30 am - 4 : 00 pm
Hours will fluctuate based on the shipping schedules and company needs
