What do they want to enjoy while on their cruise? What destinations do they want to visit? What do they want to do while onboard?
Understand their budget and stay within that budget. Recommend destinations and accommodations. Cabin type Beverage packages Excursions Stay up to date on Carnivals destinations and the special pricing that may apply to your guest.
Travel Planning : Coordinate their flights to and from the port, and any hotel stays needed before their sailing. Ensure all the transfers that are needed are in place.
Book all excursions Advise the required travel documents needed to cruise and to disembark at ports of call. Customer Service Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly.
Handle unexpected issues or changes to travel plans with efficiency and professionalism. Assist if any unexpected situations may occur.
