This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Responsibilities : -Oversee and manage multiple construction projects from inception to completion, including commercial roofing.

  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial targets.-Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to meet project objectives.
  • Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays that may arise.-Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.-Attend project meetings, providing updates and addressing concerns raised by team members and stakeholders.
  • Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.-Foster a collaborative and positive working environment to maximize team performance and project success.
  • Conduct regular site visits as necessary to inspect work progress and quality.Qualifications : -5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the Commercial Flat Roofing Industry and Metal Wall Panels, with a track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
  • Experience with Metal Wall Panels is requested.-Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate project teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.-Proficiency in project management software, estimating software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

SageCRE 300 and The Edge Estimating experience) is a plus but not required-Thorough understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.

  • Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.-PMP certification is a plus.-Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
