StoneGate Senior Living provides support services to over 30 state-of-the-art senior care communities located in Texas, Colorado, and Oklahoma.
We are seeking an exceptional Regional Make-ready Technician will provide maintenance support to our facilities in the DFW Region.
The Regional Make-ready Technician will provide maintenance support to our facilities as well as perform other tasks assigned by the Regional Plant Operations Director.

Job Responsibilities :
- Perform painting, patching and drywall repairs.
- Perform basic carpentry, hardware repairs & adjustments.
- Conduct various types of inspections as instructed by Regional Plant Operations Director.
- Help monitor or participate in building & equipment renovations, remodeling, or replacement projects.
- Fill in for Maintenance Directors when they are out of the facility as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirement and Qualifications :
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Be able to read, write, and speak fluent English.
- Competent use of phone and computer for basic tasks such as email and working in our web based TELS task management system.
- Able to tactfully communicate with staff, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the general public.
- Regular, dependable, and reliable attendance.
- Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel overnight as needed.
- Subject to hostile and emotionally upset residents, family members, personnel, and visitors.
- Works beyond normal working hours and on weekends and holidays, when necessary.
- Must attend and participate in in-house education programs.
- Physical ability to lift / carry / operate equipment and supplies is necessary
