Who We're Looking For
Must be professional and positive every day, be familiar with dental procedures, be able to multi task, prioritize, work well with our patients and team and be comfortable with presentation of treatment plans and collection of money due.
We are looking for someone who has at least 1 year of assisting experience and is xray certified that wants to learn the very valuable front office skills.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include back and front office. In the back taking X-ray, cleaning instruments and rooms, and assisting the dentist will be the majority of the work.
The front office responsibilities will include handling the flow of the patients in the office and the schedule including treatment plan creation and presentation, understanding dental insurance benefits and dental procedures, insurance verification, scheduling and confirming appointments, electronic and paper claim submission, and following procedures to keep recall and treatment plan systems in place.
