The Reginald Freeman Agency, proudly partnered with Symmetry Financial Group is actively looking for motivated individuals to mentor for insurance sales consultant positions.

Someone who is confident, ambitious, goal-oriented, and self-motivated, to sell simplified instant issue life insurance to homeowners concerned about making their mortgage payments in the event of death, disability, etc.

We also offer simple whole life, retirement solutions, debt free life, critical illness plans, and plans with living benefits to our clients.

Right now, we have more warm leads than field underwriters to work them. Clients fill out a form requesting information then the field underwriter will call to set the appointments to meet with them over the phone or through a zoom meeting if requested and help them apply for the insurance policy.

We will train you to be successful in our industry through online training from the industry’s best sales reps and team builders, one on one mentorship, and events.

We are looking for individuals with a growth mindset who are coachable and driven to succeed. Commitment and consistency are required to reach the top level in this industry.

COMPENSATION

The average commission is around $400 to $600 per issued policy . Full time consultants write about 4 or more policies per week on average.

You can start part-time and work your way up to full-time.

Consultants that have been working with us for a 2-3 years can generate a passive income of $50,000 to $150,000 a year through building their own agency. (results vary)
