We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Part-Time Receptionist for a temporary position located in Charlottesville, VA 22903.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant hospitality environment for approximately 2 months.
Position : Part-Time Receptionist (Temporary)
Location : Charlottesville, VA 22903
Pay Rate : Up to $18 per hour
Responsibilities (may include, but not limited to) :
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Assist with guest inquiries, reservations, and check-ins / check-outs
- Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints promptly and courteously
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and sorting mail
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements :
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Hospitality experience is a plus but not required
