Sheet Metal Mechanical Assembler
Automation Personnel Services is seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler located in Huntsville, AL. This company is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Assembler to join their team! The ideal candidate will have experience in assembling sheet metal components and a strong understanding of mechanical assembly processes.
Pay Rate
$15 .00-$18 .00 per hour based on experience
Schedules and Hours
Monday through Friday, 7 : 00am to 3 : 30pm
Sheet Metal Mechanical Assembler Duties and Responsibilities
- Assemble sheet metal components and structures according to specifications and blueprints.
- Operate and maintain various tools and equipment used in sheet metal assembly.
- Inspect completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on assembly equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Always adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
Sheet Metal Mechanical Assembler Qualifications and Requirements
- Pr evious experience in mechanical assembly in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Ability to lift 50lbs regularly throughout shift.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Competency in basic shop math and computer proficiency.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies.
