Jones & Cabacoy Veterans Care Center is looking for highly motivated, experienced healthcare professionals to join our team! The brand new Jones & Cabacoy Veterans Care Center (JCVCC) is named after two Virginia heroes. Air Force Colonel William A.
Jones III of Norfolk was awarded the Medal of Honor for his service in Vietnam. Army Staff Sergeant Christopher F. Cabacoy of Virginia Beach was killed in Afghanistan in 2010 when his vehicle was hit by a roadside bomb.
The Jones & Cabacoy VCC honors their service to the Nation and the Commonwealth. The Jones & Cabacoy VCC was built to serve our Veterans.
They served us, now it is our duty to serve them. JCVCC is nestled in an ideal location in the Princess Anne section of Virginia Beach on a 25-acre site adjacent to Nimmo Parkway (extended), West Neck Rd, and N.
Landing Rd. This pristine 128-bed facility is state of the art with immaculate outside landscaping and features all private rooms that will be organized into eight 16-bed households that surround a central community center and rehabilitation gym.
Each 16-bed sub unit includes a dining room, kitchenette and dayroom adjoined access to a courtyard.
You will have the full support of the entire DVS team, including the Administrators of the Davis and McDaniel Veterans Care Center in Roanoke, Sitter & Barfoot Veterans Care in Richmond, and the brand-new Puller Veterans Care Center in Fauquier County (the twin of Jones & Cabacoy VCC).

The purpose of this position : Cleans and services rooms, baths, and other resident areas. Dusts furniture and equipment.
Cleans window sills, empties trash baskets, and arranges furniture in an orderly fashion. Performs a variety of related duties in resident areas.
Minimum Qualifications
Knowledge in the use of a variety of supplies and equipment used in routine cleaning of offices, resident rooms, public spaces and utility areas.
