We are looking for a Managing Producer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with a group of creatives, strategists, brand managers, project managers, as well as cross-functional and external partners to produce integrated campaigns for Marcom LA.

With a keen eye on Brand communications, Partner and Apple ecosystem marketing, as well as Performance Advertising, the Managing Producer will lead production across several lines of business and relentlessly uphold our creative vision to the high standard of Apple.

Description

This role will run the end-to-end content creation and production processes while leading communications and workflows, ensuring effective exchange of information and asset deliverables across our Apple Services marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities will include :

  • You will be the face of production to external vendors and executives alike.
  • Deep familiarity with creative planning and effective resource management is expected, as well as understanding the impact of production decisions on both creative output and our cross-functional partner’s business.
  • You will lead a team of integrated producers, run multiple projects simultaneously, negotiate and handle budgets while delivering high-quality work on time.
  • You will lead and clearly communicate overall campaign timelines, project deliverables, and resourcing needs.
  • You will navigate competing priorities, allocate resources appropriately, and mitigate associated challenges.
  • You will foster relationships with cross-functional teams ensuring that we’re delivering against asks while crafting an environment that allows for innovation.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience managing a team of producers, balancing high volume campaign work and maintaining budgets across multiple projects.
  • Industry experience in digital media and social campaigns.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years experience as an Executive Producer in a creative advertising agency or internal creative team, with at least 3 years experience directly leading and developing a team.
  • Maintains flexibility to adapt when adjustments are required.
  • Deep knowledge of integrated production with a strong focus on video and digital campaigns.
  • Comfortable working within a big picture while staying close to the details, to fulfill daily needs and think holistically about opportunities for efficiency and team structure.
  • Ability to live between ten thousand feet and thirty thousand feet, to not only fulfill against daily needs, but to think more holistically about opportunities for efficiency and team structure.
  • Established network of creative, production, digital, animation, and illustration partners.
  • Ability to review SOW’s, handle budgets, negotiate costs efficiently with third party vendors, build PR’s, PO’s and track spend.
  • Experience articulating creative intent to others and proactively coordinating with partners to bring ideas to life.
  • Implement creative ideas and communications across a variety of mediums from film, digital display, print, OOH, illustration, animation, photography, email, experiential activations, and website landing pages.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.

The base pay range for this role is between $176,700 and $318,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.

Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
