One of the most important and exciting steps for families is the moment they get to see the images of their children. Our Outside Sales Representatives lead this process by scheduling remote virtual viewings of the images captured by our studios.
During the Virtual Viewings, our Outside Sales Representatives present families with numerous breathtaking images of their children and help guide families to select images and products that will enable families to enjoy these photos for generations to come.

Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Presentations : Conduct compelling sales presentations to showcase the unique offerings of Bluebird Portraits to families.
- Negotiation and Closing : Negotiate and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide compelling product recommendations.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and studio teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and effective sales strategy execution.
- Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback.
- Appointment Management : Complete at least 20 selling appointments with customers each week.
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience in selling directly to customers. Preference will be given to candidates who have previous experience selling portrait photography.
- Candidates willing to take evening (5-8pm) and / or weekend sales appointments will be given preference.
- A passion for selling.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Comfortable with remote work and using virtual communication tools.
- High school education is required, and a bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Location and Pay :
- Outside Sales Representative can work from anywhere in the United States if the candidate has a quiet space to work and a quality / reliable internet connection.
- Outside Sales Representative compensation includes a base salary of $35,000 and sales commissions. High-performing Outside Sales Representative can earn $150,000+ per year.
