We're looking to hire an energetic and driven Junior Financial Analyst with a primary focus on day to day business / project admin work for our client in the Insurance space.

Candidates need to be highly organized, detail oriented, possess advanced Excel skills and strong verbal and written communication skills.

Term : 12 months - high potential to extend

100% Remote : EST preferred.

Hourly Pay : $45-55K commensurate with experience (paid hourly). Includes 15 days PTO, Benefits, 401K and much more!

MUST BE STRONG WITH MS EXCEL

Specific Responsibilities

• Check invoices against corresponding work orders
• Update budget spreadsheet based on incoming invoices
• Submit and follow up on contracts to legal db / IT controlling applications
• Prep work with questionnaires
• Communicate and coordinate with various stakeholders to fulfill the requested tasks
• Provide regular status reports to management and be responsive to management requests for information.

Experience / Skills Required

• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Must have strong command in Excel (able to compile tables, charts, graphs, formulas, filters on the fly)
• Ability to work independently
• Hands-on related work experience will be considered
• Candidates will be required to take an Excel assessment during the interview process.
