Description

Are you passionate about the entertainment industry? Do you have a knack for finding top talent? We are currently seeking a friendly and motivated individual to join our team as a Jr.

Recruiter at VENU+. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and attracting talented individuals for various positions within our organization.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with hiring managers and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Responsibilities

  • Coll aborates with the Sr. HR Recruiter and team on forecasting staffing needs and best practices with attracting top talent
  • Works closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including online job boards, social media, industry-specific websites, and community partners to attract potential candidates
  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills and suitability for specific roles
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Follow up with candidates and provide timely feedback throughout the recruitment process
  • Assist with the onboarding process, orientation as needed and facilitating paperwork completion

Requirements

  • High School Diploma and or equivalent
  • 1-2 years' experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Proficient In Microsoft products and Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
