Our client is currently seeking a National HR Director - Industrial / Manufacturing
SUMMARY : Individual will plan, lead, direct, develop and coordinate the policies, activities and staff of the HR department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organizations mission and talent strategy.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Recruits, interviews, hires and trains new staff in the department
- Oversees the daily workflow of the department
- Oversees the current HR staff
- Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations
- Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policyREQUIRED SKILLS :
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related, Master’s preferred
- 10 years of Human resource management in an industrial environment in the following areas : oHR Strategy oSuccession planning oHire / Fire oOnboarding oERP systems oSafety oBenefits / Compensation
- Multi-site management experience
