We are hiring for our client, and this position involves working directly with customers in a face-to-face setting. While no previous experience is required, you must be able to commute for all scheduled shifts.
This is a full-time opening, with a start date within two weeks.

We are currently seeking someone with an outgoing and engaging personality to fill a Team Member Trainee position. As part of the team, you will represent our clients throughout the community, leveraging your people skills to engage potential customers and facilitate the donation process.
Team Member Trainee Job Overview :
- Customer outreach and engagement
- Executing sales presentations to potential donors

- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge on our clients and charitable organizations
- Tracking all donation data and related information
Preferred Skills and Experience :
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not required
- Comfortable engaging directly with customers
- High attention to detail when managing accounts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to learn new skills quickly
