Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent and four years of clerical experience, two of which were in a related field. An equivalent combination of education or experience may be considered.

Essential Functions These are the job duties required of the position. Essential Functions
- Assists in processing and checking all student degree applications.
- Codes graduation applications in Banner.
- Verifies graduation check sheets and deficiency forms.
- Analyzes degree requirements in accordance with University policies.
- Verifies graduation check sheets and deficiency forms.
- Reviews with the colleges to confirm degree completions and updates Banner accordingly.
- Processes change of program forms to include coding and entering the information in Banner.
- Assists with commencement details and activities to include participating during the ceremony.
- Interacts by phone, letter, e-mail, or in person with faculty, staff, parents and students.
- Adheres to student confidentiality rights as legislated by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) of 1974 in handling academic records and responding to third party requests.
- Attends special events that may require working nights and weekends.
- Moves supplies and materials weighing up to 30 lbs.
- Regular and prompt attendance.
- Ability to work schedule as defined and overtime as required.
- Related duties as required.
