Job Summary : We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. As an LPN, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.

Responsibilities : - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers - Monitor and record patients' vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate - Assist with patient assessments and document findings accurately - Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans - Provide education to patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans - Perform phlebotomy procedures for laboratory testing - Assist with coding and documentation of patient records - Provide care in various settings such as hospice care, assisted living facilities, and emergency rooms - Ensure the safety and well-being of patients at all times Experience : - Previous experience in a healthcare setting as an LPN is preferred - Familiarity with case management principles and practices - Knowledge of acute pain management techniques - Experience in infant care is a plus - Proficiency in IV insertion procedures Requirements : - Valid LPN license in state - CPR certification - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills We offer competitive pay rates and comprehensive benefits packages for our LPNs.
