TBG is seeking a dynamic andexperienced Dallas Regional Leader to join our firmwide Urban Design + PlanningTeam. The Regional Leader will work directly with the Urban Design +Planning Team’s Co-Directors to oversee all aspects of our urbandesign and planning work within the north Texas region toensure the smooth operation of our local resources in support of our firmwidebusiness objectives.

minimumof 8 years of professional experience in urban design and planning, with aproven track record of leadership and project management
experience in successfully managing clients, complex projects,and design teams
fearlesslypursue solutions to complex design problems
thinkcritically, communicate effectively and produce high quality work
collaboratewith diverse groups of people on various teams
workwith and manage others to advance firm goals and priorities
contributeto creative efforts on projects and in the office
Education Requirements :
Qualifications :
bachelor’s degree or higher in landscape architecture, architecture, community / regional planning or urban design (master’s degree preferred but not required)
strong graphic skills, including GIS, SketchUp, AutoCAD and Graphics programs
solid communication skills across multiple platforms
self-motivated with solid time management skills
ability to manage a team and coordinate scheduling
experience preparing and managing presentation materials, plans, reports, research, and analyses
comfort with speaking at public meetings and to small groups
experience facilitating work sessions with groups of various sizes
ability to collaborate with diverse groups of people and on various teams
