Aircraft Sustainment Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Location : Greenville SC

What You Will Be Doing

Supervises the interior completion of aircraft to include sub-assemblies, avionics, mechanics, and aircraft production sites.

Ensures customer, engineering, and FAA specifications and regulations are met. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition / disciplinary actions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team focused on aircraft sustainment, ensuring the completion of interior systems and components to meet stringent specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and meet project deadlines without compromising quality.
• Manage training and development of team members, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and teamwork.
• Conduct performance evaluations, assign tasks, and provide clear guidance to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Handle salary reviews, recognition programs, and, when necessary, disciplinary actions to support a high-performing team.

Desired skills

Aviation Production and / or Maintenance,

Modification, Repair and Overhaul experience

• Fighter and Cargo Aircraft experience
• Experience hiring personnel and developing

and monitoring training plans

Excellent communication skills (verbal, written

and presentation)

Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize

assignments

• Demonstrated ability to create, monitor and report data and metrics
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, skills in Excel a plus
