Aircraft Sustainment Supervisor - 2nd Shift
Location : Greenville SC
What You Will Be Doing
Supervises the interior completion of aircraft to include sub-assemblies, avionics, mechanics, and aircraft production sites.
Ensures customer, engineering, and FAA specifications and regulations are met. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition / disciplinary actions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team focused on aircraft sustainment, ensuring the completion of interior systems and components to meet stringent specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and meet project deadlines without compromising quality.
- Manage training and development of team members, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and teamwork.
- Conduct performance evaluations, assign tasks, and provide clear guidance to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Handle salary reviews, recognition programs, and, when necessary, disciplinary actions to support a high-performing team.
