Job Summary

Service Delivery Project Management Client and Stake Holder Management and Reporting

15 years of IT experience

Should have experience in program managing projects before

Good to have exp in Digital engineering project delivery

Good experience in project management tools like MS PowerPoint

Should have excellent communication and customer handling skills

Responsibilities

Delivering customer satisfaction and overall excellence by identifying opportunities

Understanding the pipeline of demand and work with the Resource Managers to ensure an appropriate supply of resources

Responsible for financial management and reporting and optimizing processes

Managing and leading complex stakeholders towards optimal solutions while helping them understand resource constraints and prioritization
