Our client, a top national law firm, is seeking a skilled Mid-Level Associate to join their Commercial Litigation Practice Group in Phoenix.

Candidate Profile :

JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
Arizona Bar Admission required.
2-5 years of experience in complex litigation, ideally within a top law firm environment.
Expertise in m anaging case work-up and trial preparation , including dra fting and reviewing discovery and motions , conducting depositions, negotiating settlements, and making court appearances.
Superior writing, drafting, and communication skills.
Ambition, drive, and team-orientation to support and grow a national practice.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and support litigation matters across various stages.
Collaborate with a team of experienced litigators in a dynamic practice.
Engage directly with clients and contribute to case strategy.
