Job Overview :
We are looking for a highly experienced Teamcenter Solutions Architect to join our team on a long-term contract basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, configuring, and deploying Teamcenter solutions, as well as leading large-scale Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) implementations.
This role requires a deep understanding of Teamcenter's integration with other enterprise systems and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities :
Solution Design and Architecture :
Lead the design and architecture of Teamcenter solutions, ensuring they align with business requirements and industry best practices.
Configure and deploy Teamcenter solutions, leveraging the Teamcenter Unified Architecture and associated modules.
PLM Implementation Leadership :
Manage and lead large-scale PLM implementation projects, ensuring smooth deployment and integration.
Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams, addressing challenges and finding innovative solutions.
Integration Management :
Oversee the integration of Teamcenter with other enterprise systems such as ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and MES (Manufacturing Execution System).
Ensure seamless data flow and process alignment across different systems.
Problem Solving and Collaboration :
Utilize strong problem-solving skills to address complex issues within Teamcenter implementations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and resolve technical challenges.
Stakeholder Management :
Serve as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring alignment on project goals.
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications : Experience :
Experience :
10+ years as a Teamcenter Solutions Architect, with a strong track record in designing and deploying Teamcenter solutions.
5+ years of experience in Teamcenter Development / Tech Lead roles.
Proven expertise in large-scale PLM implementations.
Technical Skills :
Proficiency with Teamcenter Unified Architecture and its associated modules.
Experience with Teamcenter integrations with systems like ERP and MES.
Strong problem-solving abilities and technical knowledge of PLM processes.
Soft Skills :
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Ability to handle stakeholder expectations and collaborate with diverse teams.
Preferred Skills :
Experience with other PLM tools or technologies.
Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
