Salary : $28 $34 per hour

Key Responsibilities :
- Implement individualized treatment plans as defined by the Occupational Therapist.
- Provide tailored occupational therapy treatments, including activities of daily living and range of motion exercises.
- Conduct daily living evaluations under the Occupational Therapist’s guidance.
- Organize and facilitate treatment groups, providing training for residents, families, and caregivers.
- Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to develop personalized resident programs.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all residents treated.
- Represent occupational therapy in resident care meetings and staffing as directed.
- Clean, maintain, and report equipment repair needs.
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality service that respects residents' needs and rights. Benefits :

Requirements :
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program certified by the American Occupational Therapy Association.
- Certified and / or eligible for certification by the American Occupational Therapy Certification Board.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as required by the state.
- Experience in a hospital, nursing care facility, or related medical setting is preferred.
