Troy Consulting, a Business Management Consulting Firm, is seeking an enterprising individual to join our growing team of consultants as a Rhythm of Business Project Manager for our client in Redmond, WA.

Key responsibilities :
- The RoB Project Manager is the primary point of contact interfacing with Virtual Solutions Unit (VSU) planners, VSU participants and RoB Project Manager to lead communications, change requests and actions intake processing.
- Develop, maintain, and manage program requirements which includes creating plans, outlining a timeline, problem-solving issues, risks, and challenges.
- Partner closely with Support Managers, program / process owners, stakeholders, and business group leads to identify business change as necessary and communicate project objectives, strategy, tactics, and ongoing progress.
- Lead cross-organization project teams towards targeted and scheduled outcomes.
- Provide data management and content publication.
- Develop readiness material and review deck auditing plan and execution.
- Work with Action Management to ensure actions uploaded and tracked to closure.
- Collaborate with the Services Insights team on dashboards / data packs, develop readiness material.
Key Role Requirements :
- Ability to work effectively in high pressure / fast paced environments while communicating clearly and directly with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong administrative, process and detail-oriented abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office : Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
- Experience managing program requirements, adhering to a strict timeline and problem-solving challenges.
- Project Management experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders who may have conflicting agendas and business priorities.
- Demonstrated history of working in cross-team collaborative environments.
- Previous Microsoft experience with network access required.
