Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking a Production Specialist for a position in Troy, MI! This position is paying $18 / hour and begins right away. First shift.
Duties :
Facilitate a work environment that supports a safe and healthy culture.
Comply with all safety regulations.
Learn and perform manufacturing operations :
a. Vacuum Induction Melting (VIM) of metals and alloys
b. Crushing of metal ingots
c. Grinding of metals to make powders
Fill out production paperwork.
Monitor production efficiency to ensure on time shipment.
Package and prepare materials for shipment.
Maintain proper storage of material and product inventory in warehouse.
Operate a forklift.
Comply with company quality objectives.
Requirements :
- Drug test and background check
- 1 year manufacturing experience
- Experience working with metals / alloys preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Basic computer skills
- Able to lift 50 lbs
- High School Diploma or equivalent
