As a Lead Montessori Teacher, you will develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum following the Montessori pedagogy, plan engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development, and assess and documenting your student's progress.

Starting pay : Salary $45,000-$55,000 annually, depending education and experience.

Are You Qualified?

If you have the following, we would love to speak with you :

  • AMS or AMI Credential in Early Childhood
  • At least one year classroom experience in a Montessori environment
  • Enrollment in Central Background Registry in the State of Oregon
  • Experience in a Montessori teaching environment is strongly preferred; a willingness to learn and follow the Montessori philosophy is required.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required.
  • The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role.
